The Welding Fixture Jig Table is a modular rigid workbench equipped with precision hole patterns/slot patterns, designed to accurately position, clamp, and support workpieces during welding. It ensures dimensional consistency, minimizes deformation, and enhances efficiency and repeatability.
Welding table top: Flatness ≤ 0.05mm/m, hole spacing tolerance ± 0.02mm, surface nitriding/blackening treatment to prevent splashing and rusting.
Support: Square tube/profile welding frame, equipped with adjustable foot pads (horizontal ± 5mm) or casters (mobile version).
