Product Overview
The stress relieved welding table is a high-precision 3D modular welding workbench. By annealing or vibratory stress relief before finishing machining, residual stress inside the material is fully released to avoid deformation under welding heat and static load. Machined to tight flatness and H7 hole tolerance, compatible with global standard clamping kits. Cast iron and steel structures are optional, widely used in robotic welding, automotive frame fabrication, engineering machinery and custom tooling. Nitriding treatment is available for enhanced anti-spatter and wear performance.
Typical Structure and Specifications
- -Material: HT300 gray cast iron (mainstream high-end)/Q235/Q355 thick steel plate
- -Hole series: D16 (Φ 16), D22 (Φ 22), D28 (Φ 28), standard hole spacing of 50mm/100mm (English 2-inch version 5/8 "hole), H7 precision tolerance, universal interchangeability of accessory locking pins
- -Flatness index (can only be stably maintained after stress relief):
- Conventional industry: ≤ 0.1mm/1000mm; The high-precision version of the robot can reach 0.05mm/m or even higher
- -Optional follow-up surface: Nitriding (HV550-900), hardened and wear-resistant hole wall, anti lock pin repeated insertion and removal wear, protecting hole accuracy (and stress relief are two independent processes)
- -Form: Single platform, multi piece splicing, with supporting legs, tabletop with five face holes (top surface+four side surfaces), 3D multi-dimensional clamping, modular fixtures, angle rulers, clamps, and positioning pins can be freely combined
Design details of hole system
The stress relieved welding table adopts five sided machining=top surface+all four vertical side surfaces are machined with grid holes
-Ordinary single-sided welding table can only be pressed from above; Five faces can achieve lateral and oblique multi angle clamping, with higher degrees of freedom for complex frames, pipe fittings, and frame fixtures.
- -Chamfering of holes: C1/C2 chamfering is usually done on the hole opening to facilitate quick insertion of locking pins and reduce edge breakage and welding slag accumulation.
- -Hole wall H7 tolerance: H7 is the positioning fit tolerance, ensuring smooth insertion and removal of the pin while minimizing the gap; Poor quality table holes have large tolerances, fixture shaking, and poor repeated positioning.
- -Hole blockage: Equipped with silicone/metal plugs, block the hole during shutdown to prevent welding slag and cutting chips from entering the bottom of the hole. Long term accumulation can cause the pin to get stuck and the hole wall to be pulled.

What shipping terms do you support?
EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP, DDP are all available. We work with sea freight, air freight and container transport. For large cast iron tables, we will separate blocks to avoid oversize shipping cost.
Can you guarantee zero deformation forever?
We cannot guarantee zero deformation forever. Stress relief removes most forming residual stress, but it cannot eliminate temporary thermal expansion from temperature change. Permanent distortion may still occur under concentrated overload, local long-time flame heating, strong impact or arc burning on the reference surface.
