Basic Info

Material: Mainstream is Q355 Steel, annealed and naturally aged for double stress relief, resulting in minimal deformation; high-end models undergo surface nitriding treatment (hardness HV600+), providing wear resistance and preventing weld slag adhesion.

Hole specifications: **D16 (φ16mm, spacing 50mm)** suitable for small to medium-sized fixtures; **D28 (φ28mm, spacing 100mm)** suitable for heavy-duty fixtures.

Industrial version: Q355 low-alloy high-strength steel, with higher hardness, impact resistance, and deformation resistance. It can withstand heavy loads and continuous welding for a long time without deformation. It is the preferred choice for factory mass production.
Enhanced version: The countertop is equipped with a double-layer composite structure/reinforced mesh internal support, and the bottom is reinforced with dense square tubes horizontally and vertically to prevent sinking in the middle of the countertop. It is suitable for heavy-duty steel structures and thick plate welding.

1. Ordinary blackened/painted version

2. Overall quenched and hardened version
The overall hardening treatment of the tabletop enhances the surface hardness, making it scratch resistant and impact resistant, suitable for frequent polishing and correction of workpieces.
3. High end core process of nitriding treatment
A stable nitride layer is formed on the surface, with a hardness of HV600 or higher, which is non stick to welding slag, splash proof, acid and alkali resistant, and rust resistant;
Polishing, splashing, and burning will not damage the countertop, and only simple wiping is needed for daily use. It is a mainstream high-end option for European and American customers to purchase.
