D16 Precision Welding Tables

1. Denser grid pattern (50mm spacing) allows for finer positioning, making it ideal for small-diameter tubing, frames, precision sheet metal, aluminum alloys, motorcycle frames, jigs and fixtures, and small-scale robotic welding; it offers higher resolution for precise component placement. (In contrast, the D28 system features a larger grid, better suited for heavy-duty, thick-plate applications and large-scale construction machinery components.)
2. Five-sided machining (D16 grid holes on the top surface and all four sides) enables true 3D positioning and X/Y/Z-axis clamping. This eliminates the need for custom, product-specific fixtures, as a single D16 Precision Welding Table can be used for a wide variety of different workpieces.
3. Modular tooling system: Compatible with a full range of D16 standard accessories-including quick-release pins, right-angle positioning blocks, adjustable supports, quick-acting clamps, angle blocks, V-blocks, and stops. When switching between different workpieces, fixtures can be quickly disassembled and reused, removing the need to fabricate or weld new tooling and significantly reducing tooling costs.
4. Available with various base options, including fixed legs, height-extending stands, hydraulic lifting bases, and mobile bases with casters.
5. The tabletop can be laser-engraved with a millimeter-scale ruler, facilitating quick on-site measurement and positioning.
