D28 / D16 Welding Table System is a high‑precision 3D flexible modular clamping platform for modern metal fabrication, welding, assembly and inspection. Built on European‑standard hole‑grid system, D16 (Φ16 mm, 50×50 mm grid) serves compact and precision workpieces, while D28 (Φ28 mm, 100×100 mm grid) handles heavy‑duty large‑scale structures. Available in Q355 high‑strength steel or HT300 cast iron, each table goes through stress‑relief aging, 5‑sided CNC machining and plasma nitriding treatment, delivering stable flatness, excellent wear‑resistance and repeat positioning accuracy. Replace costly custom‑built jigs, shorten tooling lead‑time, support multi‑table splicing expansion, compatible with full‑range standard modular fixtures for manual welding and robotic welding cells.
