The Welding Clamp Positioning Table is a specialized tooling device used in industrial welding. Core materials and precision craftsmanship

Table top material: Adopt HT300 high-strength cast iron / 65Mn quenched steel plate, processed by artificial aging + natural aging to eliminate internal stress. The flatness error of the table top is ≤0.05mm/1000mm, the hardness reaches HRC45-55 after quenching, resistant to welding spatter burning and heavy object extrusion deformation;
Frame/Clamps: The frame is integrally welded with square steel/channel steel and treated with sandblasting derusting and electrostatic spraying for rust and corrosion prevention; the core components of clamps are made of 40Cr alloy steel, treated with quenching and tempering and blackening, with stable clamping force and not easy to break, suitable for high-frequency clamping operations;
Precision processing: The table hole array is processed by CNC drilling and milling integrated machining, the coaxiality and parallelism error of hole positions is ≤0.02mm, and the clamp connection position is precision turned to ensure the accuracy of modular assembly, and multiple disassembly and assembly will not affect the positioning accuracy.
Full process/full equipment high adaptability

Welding process adaptation: Compatible with all mainstream welding processes such as MIG/MAG welding, TIG welding, SMAW, PAW, laser welding, etc. The positioning and clamping structure conforms to the operation requirements of different processes (such as high-precision positioning for laser welding, anti-gas loss design for gas shielded welding);
Welding equipment adaptation: Can be used with manual welding torches, semi-automatic welding torches, welding robots (6-axis/collaborative robots), welding positioners, automatic wire feeders and other equipment. The worktable can be used as an exclusive tooling table for welding robots to achieve precise weld trajectory matching;
Workpiece material adaptation: From ordinary carbon steel, low alloy steel to special materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy and copper alloy, from thin sheet metal to heavy thick plate components, precise positioning and clamping can be achieved through fixture combination, adapting to the welding deformation control requirements of different materials;

Energy-saving design: The pneumatic/hydraulic attitude adjustment mechanism adopts low air consumption/low oil consumption oil circuit design, which reduces energy consumption by 30% compared with the traditional structure; the electric model is equipped with a frequency conversion motor, which can adjust the speed according to the load to avoid high no-load energy consumption, and all electrical components are energy-saving and in line with CE energy-saving standards;
Environmental protection design: Environmentally friendly processes such as phosphorus-free derusting and water-based spraying are adopted in the equipment production process without harmful gas emissions; all materials are recyclable industrial steel/cast iron, which can be recycled after scrapping; there are no wearing parts in clamps and table tops, reducing industrial waste generated by consumable replacement;
Lightweight design: Medium/light worktables use high-strength lightweight alloy materials to replace part of the cast iron.
