This welding jig bench is a purpose-built fixturing platform engineered to streamline metal assembly and welding workflows. It adopts standardized hole grid layout to support rapid positioning of clamps, stops and locators. The solid steel main body maintains consistent flatness after repeated clamping and welding operations. It is designed to cut alignment errors and guarantee repeatable part quality for custom fabrication orders. Multiple structural variants are available including fixed leg, height adjustable and mobile caster base models. Surface nitriding treatment is an optional upgrade to resist spatter damage and long term abrasion.
Core Structure
Material: Q355/S355J2N steel, HT300 cast iron, or nitrided, for deformation resistance, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Hole system: Mainly D16 (Φ16mm) and D28 (Φ28mm), grid spacing 50/100mm, positioning accuracy ±0.3mm.
Flatness: Overall tolerance ±0.3mm, strong load-bearing capacity, not prone to warping.
Load capacity: 2000–5000kg, heavy-duty model up to 10000kg.
Structure: Rigid frame with adjustable support feet to adapt to uneven ground and level.
Standard components
Our welding table fixture accessories are engineered to match 16mm and 28mm hole pattern systems. This complete set includes quick locking clamps, locating pins, support blocks, stop bolts and connection brackets. All components are precision machined from high strength steel for stable clamping and accurate positioning. They can be freely combined and rearranged on the tabletop and side skirt holes to hold tubes, frames and sheet metal parts securely during welding and assembly. These reusable fixtures eliminate the need for custom one-off jigs, shorten setup time and ensure consistent workpiece accuracy. We offer full ready-made kits or individual parts for separate selection to fit different fabrication budgets and production needs.

Packaging, shipping and installation
- Packaging: The main frame and accessories are packaged separately. The countertop is wrapped with a rainproof film and reinforced with a wooden frame to prevent damage, deformation, and moisture during transportation.
- Installation: Modular assembly design, with accompanying installation tools and instructions. Assembly can be completed by one or two people without professional equipment.
- Transportation: Standard sizes can be shipped in full containers, less-than-container-load containers, or by land. Extra-large countertops can be disassembled for transport and then reassembled on-site.
FAQ
Q1: Can I add side skirt holes to this jig bench after production?
A1: Side holes must be pre-drilled during manufacturing. We cannot safely add side holes after production as this may affect the structural rigidity and flatness of the frame.
Q2: How long is the typical production lead time for a customized size?
A2: Standard size benches take 10 to 15 working days. Custom sizes with special hole patterns require 18 to 25 working days depending on the current production schedule.
Q3: Does nitrided surface treatment prevent welding spatter from sticking completely?
A3: It greatly reduces spatter adhesion and makes cleaning easier. It cannot fully eliminate spatter buildup. Regular cleaning is still required to preserve long term precision.
Q4: Can you provide only the bench without fixture accessories?
A4: Yes. We supply the bench alone. We also provide separate fixture lists and full accessory kits if you need matching clamps and positioning tools.
