Product Overview
Precision starts with a stable reference plane. Our Flat Surface Welding Table is a solid 2D welding platform engineered for high-accuracy welding, robotic fixturing, assembly and quality checking. Manufactured from stress-relieved Q355 steel or vibration-dampening HT300 cast iron, the tabletop is CNC machined and gas nitrided to achieve high surface hardness, low spatter adhesion and long-term flatness stability. Its seamless solid surface eliminates trapped slag and protects finished workpieces from scratches. It serves as a versatile benchmark base for stainless fabrication, large frame welding and inspection stations. All units can be supplied with flatness test reports, material certificates and CE documentation.

- Flatness: Standard ≤0.1mm/1000mm; precision grade ≤0.05mm/1000mm; ultra-high precision can reach 0.02mm/m.
- Tabletop Thickness: Common options include 23mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm, and 50mm; greater thickness provides better resistance to deformation.
- Surface Treatment: Nitriding, black oxide, or primer; nitriding is the preferred choice for overseas clients.
- Support: Heavy-duty square-tube frame with adjustable leveling feet; each leg offers high load-bearing capacity, with a total static load capacity of 3–10 tons.
- Optional Configurations: Threaded holes or T-slots can be machined into the surface to facilitate clamping; tables featuring T-slots are also known as "T-slot flat welding tables."
- Dimensions: Fully customizable in terms of length and width; common sizes include 1000×1500mm, 1200×2000mm, 1500×3000mm, etc.

1. Features a continuous, unbroken surface; no weld spatter gets trapped in holes, making it easy to clean-a design preferred by many welders.
2. Ideal for large-area thin plates, sheet metal, enclosures, and long beam components, allowing the underside of the workpiece to sit completely flush against the surface.
3. Less likely to scratch the workpiece, making it well-suited for welding parts that require a high-quality surface finish or polishing.
4. Generally more affordable than 3D modular (perforated) welding tables of the same dimensions.
5. Highly versatile: beyond welding, it can also serve as a platform for inspection, marking out, or straightening and press-fitting operations.

The welding table is not merely a solid, suspended steel plate; rather, it features a "ribbed box structure" on the underside. This design is the key to ensuring load-bearing capacity and resistance to thermal deformation:
1. Cast-iron welding tables: These are cast as a single piece with integrated radial or grid-pattern stiffening ribs. The thickness and height of these ribs determine the table's overall rigidity. The internal hollow cavities-formed during the casting process-result in significant self-weight, excellent damping characteristics, and superior vibration absorption.
2. Fabricated (welded) steel welding tables: These consist of a thick top plate joined to a substructure of square tubing or heavy-duty steel plates, fully welded to form a rigid box-like assembly. The internal rib structure incorporates weight-reduction cutouts, as well as designated lifting points and forklift slots (fork cutouts) to facilitate handling and transport via forklift.

Everything You Need to Know
Can I customize the size, height and add T-slots?
Yes. All dimensions, table height, T-slots, earthing studs, engraved scales, lifting lugs and forklift cutouts are customizable. Standard working height is 750mm or 800mm for welders.
What documents and certificates can you provide?
We can supply CE certificate, ISO9001, MTR material test report, flatness inspection report, packing list, commercial invoice, CO, Form A / Form F and other preferential certificates as required.
Do you supply the stands and feet together with the table?
Yes, we can supply the tabletop alone or a complete set including heavy-duty steel stands, adjustable leveling feet, grounding studs and forklift cutouts.
What should I do if the flatness changes after delivery?
First, check whether the floor is level and whether the feet are adjusted correctly. If the flatness deviation still exceeds the specified tolerance, please provide measurement photos and we will advise on re-machining or calibration.
