Level 0 precision: Suitable for applications requiring extremely high welding precision, such as automotive parts and aerospace components, with positioning hole tolerance ≤0.05mm.
Level 1 precision: Suitable for conventional high-precision welding applications such as construction machinery and steel structural components, with positioning hole tolerance ≤0.1mm.
Selection based on load capacity:
Light-duty (≤1000kg): Suitable for welding and positioning of small sheet metal parts and hardware accessories.
Medium-duty (1000kg-3000kg): Suitable for assembly welding of medium-sized steel structures and agricultural machinery parts.
Heavy-duty (≥3000kg): Suitable for welding heavy-duty workpieces such as large construction machinery frames and container frames.
Selection based on functional modules:
Basic model: Includes only the worktable + basic fixtures, meeting regular positioning needs.
