The 16 mm Hole Nitriding Welding Workbench is a professional welding positioning platform that adopts a standardized hole array design and undergoes surface nitriding treatment. It is based on 16mm diameter precision positioning holes as the basic unit, and through grid arrangement, combined with various fixture components, it enables precise and rapid positioning and clamping of the workpiece.

 16 mm Hole: Standard Φ16mm positioning hole, with a grid spacing of 50mm × 50mm. It is compatible with M16 locking pins, positioning blocks, and other modular fixtures.
 Nitriding: Plasma / gas nitriding forms a 50–70μm hardened layer, with a hardness of HV800–1100, enhancing wear resistance, rust prevention, and anti-soldering slag adhesion.
 Welding Workbench: A high-strength reference platform, integrating positioning, clamping, and load-bearing functions. Different from ordinary workbenches, it focuses on welding accuracy and stability.

16mm × 50mm grid holes are compatible with the entire series of D16 lightweight fixtures, enabling X/Y/Z three-axis positioning and multi-angle clamping of workpieces. The repeatability positioning accuracy is ±0.03mm. No need for custom dedicated tooling. The workpiece type change can be completed within 30 minutes, perfectly suitable for multi-variety and small-batch production modes.
 Durability of the nitrided surface
The hard surface layer formed by strong nitriding treatment can resist high-temperature burning from welding splashes and mechanical scratches, avoiding roughness caused by the adhesion of welding slag; at the same time, the nitrided layer is dense without pores, with good rust prevention ability, and does not easily rust even when used in a humid workshop environment for a long time.
 High cost-effectiveness and versatility
Compared with the D28 heavy-duty welding table, this workbench has a simpler structure and lower cost, suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase; it can be used as an integrated platform for welding, assembly, and inspection, reducing equipment investment; it supports multi-unit splicing to expand the tabletop, meeting the welding needs of ultra-long workpieces.
 Easy operation and maintenance
The tabletop is lightweight (about 200-300kg for the 1000×1000mm specification), convenient for moving in the workshop; after use, only the welding slag in the holes needs to be cleaned with a wire brush, no complex maintenance is required; fixture installation and disassembly do not require professional tools, and operators can get started with simple training.

 Fixture matching: Only D16 series lightweight fixtures can be used. It is prohibited to forcibly install non-standard fixtures to avoid damaging the hole system;
 Load limit: The weight of the workpiece must not exceed the rated value and should be evenly distributed to prevent local deformation of the tabletop;
 High-temperature protection: Avoid direct large current welding on the tabletop. In necessary cases, lay copper pads to protect the nitriding layer;
 Daily maintenance: Clean the welding slag after each use and apply anti-rust oil regularly; Cover with a dust cover when not in use to prevent dust from entering the holes.

How is the product packaged to prevent damage during transportation?

We use pallets with moisture-proof and rust-proof packaging. The surface of the pallet will be coated with rust-proof oil and covered with rust-proof paper. Protective pads will be added to the precision working surfaces to avoid scratches. For large platforms, they are packaged in flat forms, combined with reinforced steel straps to prevent deformation during transportation. At the same time, the lifting points and moisture-proof, collision-prevention marks are marked.

Do you support ODM/OEM customization?

Customization services are supported. Special-sized and hole-diameter specifications can be customized according to customer requirements. Exclusive brand logos and matching fixtures can also be customized. Customized tooling modules made of special materials (such as stainless steel) can also be achieved, but the customization cycle and cost need to be confirmed in advance.

What range should the deformation during loading be controlled within?

When a 1-square-meter area is subjected to a 2-ton concentrated load, the deformation should not exceed 0.50mm.
