The 3D Flexible Welding Table System is a modular industrial welding solution designed for manual welding and robotic automated welding scenarios. The whole system consists of a perforated steel table body and a complete set of matched positioning accessories including quick clamps, locating pins, angle blocks and supporting brackets. The tabletop adopts integral milling forming and plasma nitriding treatment to achieve outstanding wear resistance and thermal deformation resistance. Operators can rearrange accessories freely according to workpiece shapes and welding procedures without manufacturing dedicated fixed jigs repeatedly. With stable repeated positioning precision and strong load bearing capacity, this system fits small batch customized production as well as standardized mass production lines, helping manufacturing plants improve welding consistency and overall production efficiency.

Features: Small size, low cost, compact accessories, not suitable for heavy-duty steel structures.
