Our D28 Nitrided Welding Table is a professional modular welding workbench engineered for high-precision batch production and automated welding stations. Different from ordinary painted/blackened welding tables, we adopt professional gas/plasma nitriding treatment on the entire working surface, delivering outstanding wear resistance, spatter resistance and long-term dimensional stability.
Equipped with global universal D28 (Φ28mm, 100×100mm) hole system, this welding platform supports full-series standard accessories to realize fast positioning and 3D multi-angle clamping. It perfectly solves the pain points of long fixture customization cycle, frequent workpiece calibration and short table service life, greatly cutting your production costs and improving welding efficiency.

2D VS 3D Welding Table
2D Single-Sided Welding Table: Holes only on the top surface, supports X/Y two-plane clamping. Cost-effective, recommended for small workshops, maintenance work and simple sheet metal welding.
3D Five-Sided welding Table: Holes distributed on the top and four surrounding side panels, realizes X/Y/Z three-dimensional omnidirectional clamping. Welders and robots can access 360° without dead angles, the preferred solution for complex special-shaped workpieces and automated robot welding stations.
Dual Material Options: HT300 Grey Cast Iron (excellent shock absorption, minimal thermal deformation, for high-precision automatic production lines); Q355 High-Strength Steel (higher load capacity, light weight, lower ocean freight cost, best choice for export heavy structural parts welding).
Stable Reinforced Structure: 25mm thick tabletop + dense internal reinforcing ribs, overall anti-impact and anti-bending. After dual stress relief treatment (natural aging + vibration aging), the table will not deform for 10 years under normal industrial use.
High Precision Hole System: Φ28mm standard positioning holes with 100×100mm equal spacing, positioning tolerance ±0.05mm. Standard chamfered sink holes for smooth plugging and unplugging of all D28 accessories.
Q1: What is the difference between nitrided table and black oxide/painted table?
A: Nitriding is a low-temperature hardening process. The table features anti-rust, anti-spatter and anti-wear properties, with permanent precision. Ordinary painted tables are easy to rust and get burn pits, and the hole positions wear out quickly, which is only suitable for temporary light-duty work.
Q2: Which one should I choose, 2D or 3D type?
A: Choose 2D for simple flat parts, small workshops and personal maintenance to control cost. Choose 3D five-sided type for complex irregular workpieces and robot welding production lines to achieve all-angle clamping.
Q3: Steel or cast iron material, how to select?
A: Q355 steel table is light weight with low shipping cost, ideal for export and heavy steel structure welding. HT300 cast iron table has better shock absorption and lower thermal deformation, more suitable for high-precision automated welding stations.
