D28 Modular Welding Tables are high-precision, 3D flexible welding fixturing platforms featuring 28mm diameter holes and a 100×100mm grid pattern. Defined by their core attributes-modularity, high precision, and strong compatibility-these tables are utilized for metal welding, assembly, inspection, and positioning, serving as the mainstream standard fixturing solution for both heavy industry and precision manufacturing.
Tabletop Material: HT300 Cast Iron or Q355 Steel; Thickness: 25mm. Nitriding treatment applied; Hardness: 20–25 HRC; Features: Rust-resistant, slag-resistant, and wear-resistant.
Flatness: Standard Grade: ±0.1mm/1000mm; Precision Grade: ±0.05mm/1000mm.
Load Capacity: 2000–3000 kg/m²; Suitable for heavy-duty workpieces.

Packaging and Logistics
Standard Packaging
- Worktop:Features a solid wood frame fully encased in multi-layer plywood; corners are fitted with protective guards to prevent impact damage, and all mounting holes are fitted with plastic caps to prevent damage during transit and keep debris out.
- Support Legs / Accessories: Individually packed in separate cardboard boxes or metal crates; small components such as bolts and pins are organized into compartmentalized plastic trays, accompanied by a detailed accessories checklist.
Shipping Methods
- Standard-sized worktops are shipped as a single, complete unit. Oversized worktops (3000 mm and above) may be shipped in modular sections. Both sea and land transport options are fully compatible with standard container and truck loading requirements.
Handling Instructions:
Single-point lifting and dragging of the tabletop are strictly prohibited. D28 Modular Welding Tables are equipped with standard lifting points; four-point synchronous lifting must be employed to prevent permanent deformation.
