Gray Cast Iron HT200/HT250/HT300 (Industry Standard)
Features excellent shock absorption, resistance to thermal deformation during welding, and high rigidity; suitable for medium-to-heavy-duty welding applications. The working surface hardness ranges from HB170 to HB240. It undergoes a secondary aging treatment to relieve internal stresses, ensuring minimal deformation even after prolonged use.
Ductile Iron QT450
Offers superior toughness and impact resistance. It is primarily utilized in heavy-load environments and applications involving frequent lifting operations. Its cost is higher than that of standard gray cast iron.
High-Quality Carbon Steel Q345/Q355
Lightweight and portable; ideal for small-scale projects, mobile workstations, and the welding of thin sheet metal.

Installation and Usage Guidelines
Installation Requirements
- Foundation: The ground surface must be level and meet load-bearing requirements; for large-scale platforms, a concrete foundation is recommended.
- Leveling: Equipped with adjustable leveling pads/feet; the overall levelness must be ≤0.1 mm/1000 mm. Under no circumstances should any side be left suspended in mid-air.
- Lifting: Employ multi-point, evenly distributed lifting techniques to prevent concentrated stress at a single point, which could result in deformation of the platform surface.
Usage Restrictions (Protection of Reference Surfaces)
❌ Do not strike an arc directly on the tabletop, nor use it for hammering or grinding; doing so will compromise its flatness and damage the positioning holes.
❌ Do not exceed the rated load capacity, and avoid prolonged stacking of excessively heavy workpieces.
✅ When welding, use a protective pad to shield the surface from welding spatter and high-temperature slag.
