The Top Quality 3D Welding Table is made of HT300 high-strength cast iron or Q355 alloy steel; its surface has been precisely processed by CNC + nitriding / quenching treatment, with a hardness of up to HV450–630.

 

It is a high-precision, modular and flexible workholding system for industrial welding, distinct from traditional fixed worktables. The core feature lies in its ability to quickly locate and clamp the workpiece in the X/Y/Z three-dimensional directions, suitable for welding operations ranging from multi-variety, small-batch to large-scale production.

Robot welding integration
The fixture fabrication table is equipped with standardized interfaces, which can directly connect with industrial welding robots (such as ABB, KUKA, and FANUC series). Through the numerical control system, it enables fully automated linkage for fixture positioning, workpiece flipping, and welding path planning. The high-precision holes on the platform are coordinated with the robot positioning system, and the repetitive positioning error can be controlled within ±0.03mm, meeting the high-precision welding requirements for automotive components, aerospace accessories, etc.

 

Auxiliary equipment linkage
 It can be paired with a laser positioning instrument: it can real-time project the weld seam contour, assisting manual precise welding and reducing the operational threshold;
 It can be integrated with a turning machine: it enables the workpiece to rotate or tilt 360°, ensuring that the weld seam is in the optimal welding position, reducing welding defects;
 It can be connected to a dust removal system: the platform is reserved with dust removal channels, and in combination with the central dust removal equipment in the workshop, it can absorb welding smoke and dust, complying with occupational health and safety standards.

Customization capability

Customization of countertop specifications
Support for non-standard size customization. Based on the customer's workshop space and the size of the workpiece, we can produce ultra-wide/ultra-long joined countertops (such as 3000×5000mm) or special-shaped countertops (such as circular, arc-shaped), meeting the special welding requirements for large steel structures, ship components, etc.; We can also customize ultra-thin countertops (thickness 50mm), suitable for lightweight and precision parts welding scenarios.

Customization of hole systems and accessories
 In addition to the standard D16/D28 hole systems, the hole spacing (such as 75×75mm) and hole diameter (such as φ20mm) can be adjusted as needed to match the customer's existing fixture system;

 The edges of the work surface are rounded or chamfered to avoid sharp corners from scratching the operators;

Safety locking of fixtures
Heavy-duty fixtures are equipped with self-locking structures. After clamping the workpiece, they automatically lock to prevent the fixture from loosening due to welding vibration; The quick clamp adopts a non-detachable design to avoid the clamp popping out and injuring people during operation.

Safety devices for accessories
 Optional safety grilles can be equipped. When the operator's body approaches the welding area, the welding equipment will automatically pause;
