The Shipping Lifting Bracket is a standardized lifting accessory specifically designed for 3D flexible welding tables; also known as a "Lifting Eye Bracket" or "Lifting Point Base," its primary function is to facilitate the safe handling, hoisting, and repositioning of platforms and heavy-duty fixtures. Structural Teardown
- Square Mounting Base: Material and Process-High-strength carbon steel (Q355/45 steel), featuring a black oxide / phosphating surface treatment for rust prevention. Function: Provides a secure mounting surface, incorporating four standard positioning holes (compatible with D16/D28 welding table hole patterns) that allow it to be directly fastened to a welding platform using T-bolts.
- Lifting Eye / Eye Bolt: Material and Process-Forged alloy steel (42CrMo), featuring a galvanized / stainless steel surface treatment for rust prevention.
