Modular Steel Fabrication Tables
1. Countertop (core)
- Material: Q355 alloy steel/cast iron/stainless steel, thickness 100~150mm, internal reinforcement ribs, strong load-bearing and anti-deformation.
- Hole system: D28 (φ28mm, hole spacing 50/100mm, heavy load); D16 (φ16mm, hole spacing 25/50mm, small precision parts).
- Accuracy: Hole position accuracy ±0.05mm, flatness ≤±0.1mm/㎡, nitriding/quenching treatment, wear-resistant, and anti-welding slag adhesion.
2.Support base/bracket
- Heavy-duty square tube welded structure, equipped with leveling adjustment feet (±20mm), which can be locked after leveling to ensure the level and stability of the table.
3. Modular fixture system (soul)
- Basic parts: locking pins, positioning pins, clamps, right-angle blocks, V-blocks, extension arms, etc., fully compatible with D28/D16 hole systems.
- Function: three-dimensional arbitrary positioning, fast clamping, precise angle (90°/45°/30°), high repeatability positioning accuracy.
4. Connectors and extensions
- The table tops are spliced with high-strength bolts + positioning pins to ensure seamless connection and consistent accuracy.
- Optional: side baffles, tool hanging boards, drawers, mobile casters, dust covers, etc.

Basic Info
The mainstream is divided into two universal standard apertures, which are interchangeable with global tooling components.
- D16 Small Hole Series: Suitable for lightweight welding, small piece processing, sheet metal, and small frame assembly, compact and flexible, with a wide variety of accessories.
- D28 Large Hole Series: Suitable for heavy-duty steel structures, construction machinery, large frames, thick material welding, with stronger bearing capacity and higher clamping stability.

Modular flexible positioning
Working principle
High-precision plane + hole system grid provides three-dimensional orthogonal datum (X/Y/Z axis).
Use positioning pins to determine the position, right-angle blocks to determine the angle, and clamps to lock the workpiece, and the complex tooling can be built within 10 minutes.
