The entire structure adopts a monolithic thickened load-bearing framework, with the countertop, vertical panel, and side wall panels all processed as integrated components. Comprehensive stress elimination treatment is applied to prevent overall deformation caused by prolonged heavy loads and high-temperature welding.
The tabletop and surrounding vertical surfaces are evenly distributed with standard matrix positioning holes, featuring through-hole design that supports multi-angle tooling assembly in horizontal, vertical, and inclined orientations, enabling three-dimensional free positioning along the X, Y, and Z axes. -
Nitriding Hardening Treatment (High-end Standard Configuration)
The tabletop and all tooling contact surfaces undergo integrated ion nitriding treatment, forming a dense hardened layer on the surface with a hardness of HV600 or higher.
It features high temperature resistance, anti-solder slag adhesion, oxidation and rust prevention, wear and scratch resistance, as well as acid and alkali corrosion resistance. Welding spatter is easily removable, and it resists wear, discoloration, and deformation during prolonged use.

D16 Small Hole Series: Suitable for lightweight welding, small piece processing, sheet metal, and small frame assembly, compact and flexible, with a wide variety of accessories.
D28 Large Hole Series: Suitable for heavy-duty steel structures, construction machinery, large frames, thick material welding, with stronger bearing capacity and higher clamping stability.
The hole spacing adopts internationally recognized standard dimensions, and the hole position is uniformly controlled with tolerances. All positioning pins, fixtures, and connectors can be freely matched, making it highly versatile.
