The work surface of the grid welding table is based on a standard grid (such as 50x50mm, 100x100mm), with holes and markings arranged at regular intervals. Combined with specialized fixtures, this allows for quick positioning, clamping, and repeated clamping of workpieces, significantly improving welding accuracy and efficiency.

Core functions
Grid Tabletop: The core component, featuring standard hole patterns and markings. Common grid sizes are 50x50mm/100x100mm, with hole diameters of Φ16mm/Φ28mm. The material is typically high-strength steel such as S355J2+N, hardened through processes like plasma nitriding, achieving a hardness of approximately HRC 60.
Positioning Holes: Holes drilled at the grid intersections are used for mounting clamps, support blocks, and locating pins, enabling rapid three-dimensional clamping. The hole spacing error is typically ≤0.02mm.
Grid Markings: Laser-engraved grid lines on the tabletop provide quick visual positioning and dimensional reference. The lines are uniform in width and wear-resistant.
Support Base: Includes adjustable feet or a hydraulic lifting mechanism to adjust the level and height (commonly 880–980mm), adapting to different work requirements and ensuring tabletop stability.
