The welding table with legs is a modular, high-precision 3D welding fixture system featuring a grid of holes across five surfaces and independent support legs. Industrial grade: Q355/S355 alloy steel (mainstream); HT300 cast iron (for high-precision, heavy-load applications).
Surface: Gas nitriding (0.3mm depth, HV450+); resistant to weld spatter, rust, and wear; dimensionally stable.
Hole Standards (Two Main Types):
- D16 (16mm holes): 50×50mm grid; light/medium-duty; load capacity 500–1000kg; suitable for small to medium-sized workpieces.
- D28 (28mm holes): 100×100mm grid; heavy-duty; load capacity 1000–2000kg; suitable for large/heavy structures.
Precision: Flatness ±0.05–±0.1mm/m; hole position accuracy ±0.03mm; ensures precise 3D positioning.
Support Legs - Load-bearing and stability
Material: 50×50×5mm square tubing or angle iron; heavy-duty design with a load capacity of 1–2 tons per leg.

Fixed legs: Heavy-duty industrial grade; height 750–850mm; offers permanent stability.
