Stainless Steel Welding Tables are high-precision modular tooling platforms specifically developed for welding, assembling, and inspecting stainless steel workpieces. Unlike conventional carbon steel welding tables, these products use 304/316L stainless steel as the base material for the working surface, eliminating iron ion contamination at the source and solving the industry pain point of rust and corrosion-induced scrapping of workpieces during stainless steel processing. The standardized D16/D28 porous mesh design is compatible with a full range of flexible fixtures, allowing for both standalone operation and multi-tabletop expansion. Widely used in food processing equipment, pharmaceutical machinery, marine engineering, precision sheet metal work, and robotic welding workstations, they represent a core welding tooling solution for high-cleanliness and corrosion-resistant environments.

Complete manufacturing process
1. Sheet Material Cutting: Laser-cut 304/316L stainless steel sheet with a cutting accuracy of ±0.05mm; the back reinforcing ribs are made of Q345 carbon steel, reducing overall costs.
2. Back Rib Welding: Intermittent/full welding is used to weld the reinforcing ribs to the tabletop back panel. Vibration aging (VSR) or artificial heat aging is mandatory to relieve stress and release internal stress in the sheet material; without aging, the material will warp and deform directly after being heated, which is the biggest drawback of low-priced products on the market.
3. CNC Five-Sided Milling: The front and back of the tabletop, plus all four sides, are milled; H7 high-precision reamed holes are used for the grid holes; all hole openings are C2 chamfered to eliminate burrs, ensuring smooth and non-jamming pin insertion and removal, preventing hand injuries.
4. Surface Treatment: Polishing and nitriding treatment.
5. Table Leg Assembly: Carbon steel table legs with leveling feet; casters and locking rollers are optional.
6. Full factory inspection: flatness, hole spacing tolerance, diagonal tolerance, material re-inspection; issuance of measurement report and material certificate MTR (Mill Test Report).

A: High nickel content in 304/316L stainless steel pushes raw‑material cost up. Additional stress‑relief, CNC five‑side milling and passivation process also add manufacturing cost. It is targeted for anti‑contamination working scenarios instead of general‑purpose heavy spatter welding.
