Welding Assembly Tables (3D flexible welding table) delivers repeat‑accurate positioning for welding, fitting and inspection work. Thanks to standard grid hole system and full set of modular clamps & locators, one single Welding Assembly Tables handles dozens of different workpieces. It reduces fixture investment, cuts rework rate and works perfectly with manual welding cells as well as robot welding stations.
Aperture system
The table surface is covered with high-precision grid reference holes (H7 tolerance), and together with a complete set of modular fixtures (positioning pins, clamps, squares, pads, L-shaped blocks), it can achieve 3D multi-angle clamping and positioning on the table surface, side, and upright plate. There is no need to make special welding molds.
Welding Assembly Tables are compatible with a variety of workpieces, shorten changeover time, and ensure the dimensional consistency of batch products.

Structural composition
1. Workbench Body: Tabletop + bottom reinforcing ribs; Optional sizes: 1000×800 ~ 4000×2000mm; multiple units can be combined to form a super-large tooling platform; millimeter scales can be engraved on all four sides for convenient on-site measurement.

Q1：What is your lead time?
A：Standard welding assembly tables: 15‑25 working days. Custom sizes, special nitriding requirement or full accessory kits will take 25‑35 working days.
Q2：What is your warranty policy?
A：1‑2‑year warranty for welding table structure. Warranty excludes damages caused by heavy impact, plasma/flame cutting, weld spatter burning, improper installation and foundation settlement. Precision guarantee is valid under correct operating conditions.
Q3：What is packing method for sea transport?
A：Fumigated solid wooden crates for ocean shipment. Lifting lugs are welded on table top for safe loading & unloading. We mark loading points clearly on package.
Q4：Can you accept OEM or custom marking?
A：Yes, customer logo, serial number and scale marking can be engraved on table top. OEM service is available.
Q5：Can you send measuring protocol before shipment?
A：Yes, Measuring Protocol including flatness, hole‑pitch, perpendicularity and nitriding hardness test will be provided on request, mostly for robot welding, automotive and railway projects.
Q6：Do you have CE certificate?
A：Table top itself is industrial fixture without CE requirement. If equipped with hydraulic / electric lifting base, full CE documents including operation manual will be supplied.
