Manufacturing Process
1. Raw Material Cutting & Frame Welding
High‑strength Q355 steel plates and reinforced rib components are cut according to engineering drawings. Skilled welders complete full penetration welding for the whole table frame. 2. Stress‑Relief Heat Treatment

3. Rough CNC Machining
Gantry CNC milling equipment carries out rough machining on all working surfaces and side faces. Extra material allowance is removed to approach target dimensions, laying the foundation for subsequent precision processing.
4. Fine CNC Machining & Grid Hole Drilling
Multi‑face precision milling and integrated grid hole drilling are completed on high‑accuracy CNC machines. Standard D28 holes are machined with strict verticality and consistent spacing. 5. Surface Nitriding Treatment

6. Complete Dimension & Flatness Inspection
Each finished unit undergoes full inspection. Technicians test flatness, hole dimension, hole spacing and surface hardness with professional measuring tools. Unqualified products will go back for re‑processing and cannot move to the packaging stage.
