Maintenance and security tips

1. Protection against arc damage to the work surface
During welding,D16 Modular Welding Tabble grounding terminal must be connected to the dedicated grounding terminal on the workbench to prevent the welding arc from directly contacting the 16mm hole wall or the work surface. This prevents burning of the holes and peeling of the work surface coating, which could affect subsequent positioning accuracy.
2. Anti-rust treatment of accessories
After using the 16mm hole system precision accessories, wipe them clean promptly and apply anti-rust agent. Store them in a dry environment. When not in use for extended periods, apply anti-rust oil to the surface of the locating pins before inserting them into the holes to protect both the holes and the accessories.
3. Strict load control
Strictly adhere to the workbench's rated load capacity (500–1000kg) to avoid overloading, which could lead to work surface deformation or damage to the support frame. When placing heavy workpieces, distribute the weight as evenly as possible to avoid excessive localized stress.
