Welding Table: A high-precision, high-strength flat work surface featuring a grid of standard holes across its face (typically with 16mm or 28mm diameters and 50mm or 100mm spacing), designed for the positioning, clamping, and welding of workpieces.
Riser Blocks: Steel blocks (either cubic or rectangular)-part of the same system as the welding table-that feature a pattern of holes on all five of their exposed faces. These blocks are secured to the table surface using bolts; their primary functions are to elevate the workpiece height, expand the clamping dimensions, and facilitate the extension of the work surface.

Core features of Riser Blocks
- Shape: Mostly cubes / rectangular prisms (such as 4×4×4", 10×10×10", 500×500×100mm), with five sides processed, and equipped with standard hole grids.
- Material: Mainly A36 steel, Q235, 45# steel; high-end models are treated with plasma nitriding (Plasma Nitrided), featuring high surface hardness, good wear resistance, and rust prevention.
- Rigidity: Full torsion box structure (Torsion Box), capable of withstanding torsion and has strong load-bearing capacity, ensuring no deformation during long-term use.

- Lifting height: Raise the workpiece / fixture to facilitate bottom welding, slag removal, and operation, and it is suitable for large-sized / heavy workpieces.
- Expanding working area: Connect and stack the heightening blocks horizontally to increase the working table area; stack them vertically to create multi-layer / three-dimensional clamping space.
- Connection and reconfiguration: Bolt together multiple blocks to form beams, columns, and frames, quickly assembling a dedicated fixture (Jig); or connect multiple worktables to form an extremely large assembly surface.
- Multi-directional clamping: Five socket systems support vertical / horizontal / inclined clamping, suitable for three-dimensional positioning of complex workpieces.
