Core structure and composition
1. Workbench Main Body (Table)
- Material: Mostly HT200–HT300 high-strength cast iron (for shock absorption, wear resistance, and deformation resistance) or Q345 high-quality alloy steel (for heavy loads and good toughness).
- Surface Treatment: Plasma nitriding / quenching, resistant to high temperatures, anti-welding splatter, corrosion-resistant, high hardness (HRC55+).
- Packing Standard: Mainly D28 (φ28mm) or D16 (φ16mm) precision positioning holes, with hole spacing typically 100mm×100mm, precision reaching ±0.01mm, which is the basis for achieving universal clamping.
- Specification: Common sizes 1000×1000mm, 1200×2000mm, 1500×3000mm, thickness 200–300mm, load capacity up to 5–10 tons.
- Structure: Internal "grid-like" reinforcing ribs, ensuring high rigidity and stability, and not deforming over long-term use.
2. Universal Fixture System
- All modules are compatible with D28/D16 packing, and can be quickly inserted and combined:
- Positioning Module: Positioning pins (cylindrical / rhombic), positioning blocks, angle gauges, V-blocks (for round pipes / shafts).
- Clamping Module: Quick clamps (horizontal / vertical / push-pull type), screw compressors, floating pressure blocks, tensioners.
- Support Module: Equal-height support blocks, adjustable support columns, universal support feet.
- Auxiliary Module: Connecting plates, extension rods, rotating seats, angle regulators, magnetic seats.
Core working principle
- Unified Base: The workbench surface and all fixture modules are based on the D28/D16 hole system as a unified reference point, ensuring repeat positioning accuracy.
- Building Block Combination: According to the shape of the workpiece, insert positioning pins / support blocks at any position on the workbench surface, clamp them with a quick clamp, and complete the assembly of the tooling within a few minutes.
- Three-Dimensional Adjustment: Through different height modules, angle blocks, and rotating seats, the workpiece can be fixed and processed in any posture in space.
- Fast Changeover: During production changeovers, remove the existing fixtures, recombine the new modules, and there is no need to re-align, significantly reducing the changeover time.
