Before using Class 10.9 Hex Flange Bolt, connector shall be checked to ensure that
surface is smooth and free of cracks, burrs, etc
Select the right bolt: select right Hex Flange Bolt according to size and requirements of connector. Diameter of bolt shall be greater than or equal to aperture of the connection, and length of the bolt shall be slightly greater than distance between connections.
Insert bolt: Insert Class 10.9 Hex Flange Bolt into hole of the connector, then use a wrench or other tools to rotate the bolt to the upper and lower peaks aligned with the connector hole respectively. The bolt should be perpendicular to horizontal direction.
Fastening nut: Place nut on the connector and rotate it with a wrench or other tool to contact with Class 10.9 Hex Flange Bolt, and the torque shall be gradually increased until the predetermined fastening torque is reached.
