The Fixture Welding Table is a universal modular welding jig system designed for precision positioning, clamping, assembly and inspection of metal workpieces. It replaces traditional custom fixed welding jigs with a fully flexible, reusable and standardized hole grid system.
Different from ordinary welding benches, our fixture welding tables adopt5-sided CNC precision machining with standard grid holes, allowing 3D multi-angle clamping for tubes, frames, chassis, steel structures and irregular workpieces. Compatible with full series modular clamps, locators, supports and locking pins, one table covers all welding and assembly scenarios.
Available in cast iron HT300 and high-strength steel versions, with professional nitrided surface treatment for anti-welding spatter, high hardness and long-term stability. Widely used in mechanical manufacturing, automotive frame fabrication, robotic welding, steel structure processing and precision sheet metal production.

What is the flatness and surface hardness?
Cast iron table flatness ≤0.05mm/㎡; steel table flatness ≤0.1mm/㎡. All tables adopt nitriding treatment, surface hardness HRC 40–45, anti welding spatter, scratch resistant and easy to clean slag.
