Large Welding Table

A: As a general rule, choose a table at least 20-30% larger than your biggest typical workpiece. For most general fabrication shops, 2400×1200 mm is the most versatile large size. If you regularly work with full 6-meter beams or very large assemblies, 3000×1500 mm or 4000×2000 mm may be more suitable. Not sure? Tell us what you weld and we'll recommend the right size.

A: It depends on your usage. For occasional use or light fabrication, a standard ground or painted table works well and saves cost. For daily heavy industrial use, nitriding is strongly recommended - it makes the surface 3–5 times more wear-resistant, prevents rust, and makes welding spatter easy to clean off. A nitrided table typically lasts 3–5 times longer than an untreated one.

A: Each table is carefully wrapped in anti-rust paper and protective foam, then packed in a fumigated wooden crate or reinforced plywood case designed for international sea/air freight. We have shipped thousands of tables worldwide with an extremely low damage rate. In the unlikely event of shipping damage, we handle the claim and replacement.

A: Yes. We offer the full range of fixturing accessories for all hole systems (D16/D28), including clamping bolts, various angle brackets, stop blocks, V-blocks, quick-release clamping pliers, riser blocks, and many more. You can order accessories with your table or separately anytime.
