Metal Fabrication Workbench Table is a heavy‑duty modular welding fixture table tailored for metal fabrication workshops. Featuring stress‑relieved high‑strength steel top plate, precision machined grid hole system and nitrided anti‑spatter surface, it provides a reliable reference base for welding assembly, component positioning and robotic welding applications. Welding table structure composition

1. Table Top

Material: S355/Q355 high-strength carbon steel/HT300 cast iron; table top thickness is commonly 12mm-25mm (up to 40mm for heavy-duty applications), stress-relief aging treatment to prevent heat deformation.
Hole System (Three main systems):

- D16: Φ16mm hole, hole spacing 50mm; suitable for small to medium-sized parts, precision machining.

- D22: Φ22mm hole, hole spacing 50mm; general industrial type.

- D28: Φ28mm hole, hole spacing 100mm; heavy-duty steel structure, large workpieces.

Hole tolerance H7, holes are perpendicular to the table top, used for mounting fixtures, locating pins, and corner brackets.
Surface Treatment: Nitrided, HV550-900 hardness; weld slag does not easily adhere and can be brushed off directly, reducing the risk of surface damage; ordinary powder-coated tabletops will have weld slag melted onto the surface, easily causing pitting and deformation.
Flatness: Standard model ≤0.1mm/1000mm; High-precision robotic model ≤0.05mm/1000mm.

2. Table Legs & Frame

Heavy-duty square tube welded frame with reinforcing crossbeams; adjustable leveling feet for uneven ground; some models have casters for mobility; some have forklift slots for easy handling.
Load Capacity: Single leg load capacity 900-1000kg; overall static load capacity 2-10 tons, depending on specifications.

3. Matching tooling accessories (must be used together): Quick clamps, positioning squares, stops, pressure blocks, positioning pins, and right-angle brackets. All insert into the grid holes on the worktable and arrange them freely to achieve 3D positioning.

4. Grounding point: A grounding point is reserved on the worktable. A grounding wire can be used during welding to ensure a stable welding arc.
