Clamping Table for Welding,also known as modular 3D welding clamping fixture table, is a high‑precision modular tooling system designed for welding production. Equipped with standardized grid hole system, it realizes fast positioning and clamping of workpieces. It effectively controls welding thermal deformation, ensures dimensional consistency of parts, and is widely used for manual welding, prototype trial‑production and robotic welding workstation. Different from ordinary flat welding tables, it supports flexible reconfiguration for diversified workpieces, reducing the cost of custom‑made special welding jigs and improving production efficiency.

2D Clamping Welding Table

Only the top surface has holes, allowing for positioning in a planar direction only; suitable for simple sheet metal and flat plate welding, with lower cost.

3D Clamping Welding Table

The tabletop and all four sides are perforated. It can accommodate square boxes and corner brackets, enabling vertical and tilted multi-angle clamping. It is the preferred choice for welding three-dimensional components, frames, and chassis, and can achieve three-dimensional spatial positioning and locking.
