3D Welding Tables-D28's working principle is very intuitive:
Planning: Based on the 3D drawings of the workpiece to be welded, plan each positioning point, clamping point, and support point on the platform grid.
Assembly: Fix the corresponding positioning blocks, support blocks, etc., on the planned holes with locking pins.
Placing the workpiece: Place the workpiece on these pre-set components.
Clamping: Use clamps to press the workpiece tightly onto the positioning components from various directions.
Welding: At this point, the workpiece has been completely fixed in a precise and repeatable position, and welding can be carried out.
Disassembly and reassembly: After welding is completed, loosen the clamps, remove the workpiece, and disassemble all functional modules for use with the next different workpiece.
