The welding table is equipped with splicing pin holes on the side; By using positioning pins and locking bolts, multiple units can be seamlessly assembled into a super large workbench (such as 2000 × 4000mm).
After splicing, the seam misalignment should be ≤ 0.05mm; the splicing pin must be matched with the hole system D16/D28.

 

Attention: After splicing, the entire workbench must be placed on a rigid support as a whole. It is not allowed to place separate supports on each table separately, otherwise the splicing seam will be staggered.

Real performance of thermal deformation

 

Welding slag splashing: can reduce welding slag adhesion and make cleaning easier, but it is not completely free of welding slag adhesion; High current MIG welding, with high splashing energy, will still stick slag, requiring copper brush cleaning.

 

Local high temperature: When the workpiece is directly welded with high heat on the table, the table will still experience slight thermal expansion due to local heating; The temperature will recover when it drops.

 

Electric arc burning: The electric arc directly strikes the tabletop, with a local temperature of thousands of degrees, which will burn through the nitriding layer and form pits. This damage cannot be avoided by the nitriding process.
