Grounding Port: Standard welded grounding stud to prevent electrical leakage and ensure arc stability.
Optional Storage: Bottom storage grid for organizing tooling and fixtures.

Q: Do you do stress relief treatment to prevent table warping?
A: Yes. All tabletops go through 600℃ high-temperature annealing + 30-day natural aging to eliminate internal welding stress, effectively avoid deformation during long-term welding work.
Q: What inspection reports can you provide for customs clearance?
A: We supply material spectrum test report, flatness inspection certificate, heat treatment document, ISO9001 certificate, wooden fumigation certificate, packing list & commercial invoice.
Q: How long is your warranty for the 4x4 welding table?
A: 2-year warranty for tabletop flatness & main body structure; 1-year warranty for nitrided surface. Consumable fixtures (clamps, locating pins) are not covered under warranty.
Q: Can multiple 4x4 welding tables be spliced together?
A: Yes. All sides of the table are fully drilled with positioning holes. Use connecting pins to splice 2/4 units into 1220×2440mm or 2440×2440mm large work platform, fixtures can cross use on combined tables.
Q: Can I install casters to move the 4x4 welding table?
A: Heavy-duty brake casters are optional add-ons. Equipped with double lock (wheel & steering lock). Not recommended for high-precision robotic welding stations that require fixed position.
