1. Basic Platform (Core Carrier)
- Material: High-strength cast iron (HT250/HT300), high rigidity, deformation resistance, and shock absorption, suitable for long-term mass production.
- Hole System: The table surface is covered with precision grid holes (mainstream D16/D28, center distance 50/100mm), hole position tolerance ±0.05mm, ensuring three-dimensional spatial positioning accuracy.
- Multi-faceted Usability: Typically 5 sides (table surface + 4 side surfaces) with holes, allowing for three-dimensional clamping and adapting to complex workpieces.
- Load Capacity: Single unit can bear 5–20 tons, with deformation ≤0.5mm under concentrated load and ≤0.024mm under uniformly distributed load, meeting the requirements for batch welding of heavy components.
2. Standard Functional Modules ("Industrial Lego")
- All modules are universally interchangeable, allowing for rapid assembly into any tooling:
- Positioning Modules: Positioning pins, diamond pins, square boxes, angle rulers, V-blocks, support blocks – achieving precise X/Y/Z three-dimensional positioning.
- Clamping devices: Quick clamps, spiral/toggle clamps, magnetic clamps – provide rapid locking and ensure consistency in batch clamping.
- Support/Adjustment devices: Adjustable support legs, anglers, columns, beams – enable complex spatial postures and adapt to irregularly shaped workpieces.
- Extension devices: Rotary tables, flipping mechanisms, slide rails – enable multi-station, automated batch processing.
