The flatness tolerance of the tabletop at the factory is ≤ 0.02mm/m, with extremely strong rigidity. When welding, high-temperature shrinkage and stress pulling occur, the workpiece is firmly fixed to avoid frame distortion and dimensional deviation, greatly reducing the rework rate.

A set of table with standard accessories can complete the construction of any workpiece fixture in 10-20 minutes; Multiple varieties and small batch production do not require separate molds and fixed fixtures, greatly reducing tooling costs and shortening production time.

The overall steel conductor is clamped directly onto the table, and the welding machine's ground wire can be connected to the platform to form a stable conductive circuit. The arc is smooth, reducing welding defects such as porosity and lack of fusion.
