Products Application

First:

Working principle of Gib Head Taper Key is based on its wedge structure. When key is driven into the keyway of the shaft and hub, the slope of upper surface of key and bottom surface of the hub keyway makes key tightly wedged and produces a pre-tightening force.

When working, the key relies on friction to transmit torque and can withstand unidirectional axial loads.GB/T 1565-2003 standard specifies the type and size of the key, suitable for the width of 4mm to 100mm of the key ‌.
