Precautions when using Phillips countersunk head screws
1. The expansion taper of the Galvanized Countersunk Head Screw should be 90°. It is very critical to ensure that it is better to be <90° than >90°.
2. If the thickness of the sheet metal is smaller than the thickness of the head of the countersunk screw, you can change the screw to a smaller size, or you would rather enlarge the hole smaller than enlarging the bottom hole so that the diameter of the bottom hole becomes larger and the parts cannot be pressed tightly.
3. If there are multiple countersunk screw holes on the part, be more precise when processing. Once drilled crookedly, the assembly will be ugly. However, as long as the error is not large, it can be tightened, because when tightening, if the diameter of the screw is ≤8mm , when there is an error in the hole spacing, the round head of the cross countersunk head screw will be deformed due to stress when tightened.
