Square Taper Washers

Square taper washers, also known as I-beam square taper washers,Inclined washers, are a common engineering accessory. Their main function is to install the pipe support on the inner side of the channel steel or I-beam. When the hanger bolts are tightened, the nuts are unevenly stressed and easily damaged. 1.Prepare tools and materials: Make sure you have the right tools, such as wrenches, bolts, nuts, and bevel washers. The materials should meet the design requirements and specifications.

2.Clean the installation surface: Clean the installation area, remove any dirt, grease or other obstacles, and ensure good contact.

3.Position the bolts: Determine the position and angle of the bolts according to the design drawings or specification requirements.

4.Place the Square taper washers: Place the Square taper washers on the flange of the I-beam with the bevel facing up and matching the angle of the bolts.

5.Install the nuts and bolts: Screw the nuts into the bolts, and then pass the bolts through the parts to be connected, making sure that the bolts can be stably supported on the bevel washers.

6.Tighten the nuts: Use a wrench or torque wrench to tighten the nuts according to the specified torque to ensure a firm connection without damaging the parts.

7.Inspection and acceptance: After completing the installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection to confirm that all parts have been properly installed and tightened in place.
