Bring a Phillips screwdriver First
Remove the old base :
Use an Angle grinder or screwdriver to pry off the buckle cover and remove the old base.
If the base is fixed with rivet, you need to use an electric drill to remove the rivet and remove the old base.
Install the new base :
Place the new base in the predetermined position, ensuring that it is in line with the original hole position.
Use a rivet gun to install new rivet and secure the new base.
Adjust and fix :
Do not tighten all the screws first, and gradually tighten each screw after the position of the license plate is adjusted.
Use anti-theft cap fixing screws for added security.
