1. Daily Maintenance
Clean the table surface: After use, promptly remove welding slag, metal dust, and oil stains. Wipe with a lint-free cloth dampened with anhydrous alcohol to avoid corrosion or scratches.
Check safety devices: Confirm that the emergency stop button, safety light curtain, etc., are functioning properly to ensure operational safety.
Check the cooling system (if equipped): Ensure the water temperature is between 20–26℃ and the water pressure is ≥0.2MPa to prevent the laser from overheating.
2. Weekly Maintenance
Clean the guide rails and T-slots: Use a brush or vacuum cleaner to remove iron filings from the slots to avoid affecting the slider's movement accuracy.
Lubricate moving parts: Apply special lubricating oil to the guide rails, sliders, and other moving parts to reduce wear.
Check the air/hydraulic system: Confirm there are no air leaks, the pressure is stable, and the joints are tight and secure.
3. Monthly Maintenance
Cooling Water Quality Check: For water-cooled systems, check resistivity ≥1MΩ·cm; replace or filter cooling water if necessary.
Clean Laser Vents: Prevent dust accumulation that can lead to poor heat dissipation.
Inspect Cables and Connectors: Confirm no aging, loosening, or corrosion to prevent electrical faults.
4. Quarterly/Semi-annual Deep Maintenance
Accuracy Spot Check: Use a PC pin and dial indicator to check the runout of positioning holes (≤±0.02mm), and flatness deviation ≤0.08mm/m².
Module Collaboration Check: Verify that the gap between standard components such as angle rulers and square boxes is ≤0.03mm, and the perpendicularity error is ≤0.02mm/m.
Comprehensive Tightening and Corrosion Prevention: Check anchor bolts and support structures for looseness; apply anti-rust oil in humid environments.
5. Annual Professional Maintenance
Recommended to be performed by the manufacturer or a professional engineer:
Laser power testing and optical path calibration
Comprehensive calibration of motion system accuracy
Electrical system safety testing
Replacement of worn seals, filters, and other consumables
✅ Precautions:
Do not touch optical lenses or precision measuring surfaces directly with your hands.
Establish a maintenance record sheet and sign it after each maintenance.
Keep sufficient supplies of commonly used consumables (such as protective lenses, filters, PC pins).
