Products Usage
How to Use?
Step 1: Insert the Clamp
Place D28 shank into any 28mm hole on your welding table. Ensure it is fully seated.
Step 2: Position the Workpiece
Place your metal piece on table against the clamp's contact pad or in the desired clamping position.
Step 3: Tighten the Rotating Handle
Turn rotating handle clockwise. The screw will advance clamping pad downward and laterally, firmly securing the workpiece against the table or a stop block.
Step 4: Verify Stability
Give workpiece a light tap to confirm it is locked in place. Adjust pressure if needed by turning the handle slightly.
Step 5: Loosen & Remove
After welding, turn handle counter-clockwise to release pressure. Lift clamp out of the D28 hole and store it.
