Disc vertical quick clamp is a specialized vertical clamping fixture for 3D flexible welding platforms/fixtures. It is compatible with D16/D28 hole welding platforms and relies on disc rotation and cam self-locking to achieve one second clamping/loosening of workpieces. It is a high-frequency standard component for welding fixtures, inspection tools, and machining fixtures.

Product structure composition
- Disc Base: A circular flange disc with reserved mounting holes on the surface, which can be directly inserted into the welding platform's standard holes of 16/28, and can be rotated 360 ° for adjustment. Unlike ordinary square base vertical clamps, it is suitable for installation at any point on the platform's porous structure;
- Vertical main column: Vertical columnar body, forged alloy steel as a whole, surface blackened/electroless nickel plated for rust prevention;
- Eccentric cam handle: side swinging spherical handle, which can be pulled to achieve cam downward locking and reverse pulling for quick release;
- Adjustable head screw: The lower end M6/M8 adjustable pressure nail can be adjusted to fine tune the compression stroke and adapt to workpieces of different thicknesses. It comes standard with anti slip soft pads to choose from.
