T300 High-Grade Cast Iron Model
- Manufacturing Process: Integral sand casting → High-temperature stress-relief annealing + Natural aging for over 60 days; this process completely eliminates internal stresses, ensuring the table remains free from deformation or warping under long-term heavy loads.
- Surface Treatment: The surface of this "Top Quality Welding Table" undergoes a nitriding treatment. The surface layer achieves a hardness of HV550–700, providing effective resistance against welding spatter adhesion, rust, and wear-a standard feature for high-end welding tables.
Q355 Low-Alloy Steel Plate (Weldable Grade)
- Base Material: Q355B high-strength steel plate-featuring a fully welded tabletop assembly with thickened, reinforced ribs-specifically designed for heavy-duty steel structures and capable of supporting oversized workpieces (exceeding 3 tons).
- Thickness: 12/25mm thickened panel. Offers superior load-bearing capacity compared to cast iron, along with enhanced impact resistance; the preferred choice for welding applications in heavy industry and mining equipment manufacturing.

Flatness: ≤ 0.1mm/1000mm (ordinary miscellaneous brands>0.3mm/m, which is a high-quality core distinguishing point)
Hole position accuracy: hole center distance tolerance ± 0.03~± 0.05mm, hole diameter tolerance H7 precision level, fixture pin without clearance, smooth insertion and removal
Mainstream pore system specifications
- D16 system: Φ 16 positioning hole, grid spacing 50mm standard module, lightweight precision small parts, sheet metal, automated fixtures
- D28 system: Φ 28 positioning hole, grid spacing 100mm standard module, heavy-duty steel structure, large frame, engineering machinery
Conventional finished product dimensions (mm): 1000 × 1000, 1200 × 1000, 1500 × 1000, 2000 × 1000, 3000 × 1500. Multiple top quality welding tables can be spliced to expand the large workbench surface
