2. Weekly Maintenance: Lubricate moving parts such as guide rails and lead screws, and check the wear of contact nozzles (replace nozzles with diameters exceeding tolerance).

3. Quarterly Calibration: Use a laser interferometer to check flatness (error ≤ 0.05mm) and perpendicularity.

Environmental Control Requirements

1. Temperature and Humidity: Maintain 20±2℃ and humidity ≤ 60% to avoid thermal deformation and electrical moisture.
