1. Main material of the countertop:
- HT300 cast iron (tempered to relieve stress) or Q355 high-strength steel
- Surface: Nitriding / quenching treatment, anti-soldering residue, wear-resistant, easy to clean
- Thickness: 12–25mm (16–20mm for heavy-duty frame)
- Positioning accuracy: ±0.05mm, stable repeated positioning
2. Supporting structure
- Adjustable support legs (height 500–1200mm), can be calibrated horizontally
- Heavy-duty square steel / channel steel supports, with a load capacity of 1–5 tons + structure and specifications
