2D Cast Iron Welding Table
Parallel T-slots on the top surface, large single-piece size available, mainly used for heavy structural welding, machining base and dimensional inspection.

Stress Relief Heat Treatment
All our cast iron tables go through double stress removal process, which most low-cost suppliers skip:
Natural aging storage for more than 6 months to release residual stress completely Without dual treatment, the table will warp and lose flatness within half a year under welding high temperature.
High-temperature annealing at 600–700℃ after casting to eliminate casting stress

Do you have any questions
What's the difference between D16 and D28 welding tables?
D16 is small hole series for thin plate & precision small workpieces; D28 heavy hole suits thick plate, truck frame and heavy load clamping. Most European factories choose D28 for general workshop use.
Is nitriding treatment necessary?
For long-term mass production & robotic lines, nitriding is highly recommended. Manual small batch welding can choose basic milling surface to save budget.
Can the welding table be spliced into a larger working area?
Yes, we supply special connecting pins to link multiple HT300 cast iron tables together for oversized workpiece welding.
Does the table come with support legs and fixtures?
Product page default only cast iron tabletop. Support legs, moving base and fixture kits are separate optional add-ons; you can select matching packages when sending inquiries.
