Fabrication Welding Tables (also named 3D modular welding jigs tables) are high-precision reference workstations specially designed for metal fabrication workshops. Unlike ordinary flat welding plates with limited clamping capacity, our 3D fabrication welding tables feature standardized hole grids on the top surface and four vertical sides, allowing flexible positioning, clamping, assembly, welding and dimensional inspection for complex workpieces including frames, chassis, pipes, cabinets and structural steel parts.

Option A: S355JR / Q355 Low Alloy Steel

Complete Stress Relief Treatment
All our welding tables adopt double stress elimination process to avoid long-term flatness deviation:
- High-temperature annealing at 600–700℃ for 24 hours to release welding internal stress
- Secondary vibration aging to stabilize metal microstructure Cheap tables skip annealing treatment, which will bend and lose precision within 3–6 months of use.
Standard Hole System
- D16: Φ16H7 holes, 50×50mm grid, thickness 100/150mm, for thin sheet metal & aluminum parts
- D28: Φ28H7 holes, 100×100mm grid, thickness 200mm, heavy load for steel frames & large workpieces
All hole inner walls are nitrided to prevent wear and hole expansion after long-term pin insertion.
