The Lifting Welding Table is a 3D modular welding fixture table featuring an integrated height-adjustment function. Combining a flexible, hole-patterned work surface with a lifting base, it allows for stepless height adjustment and enables rapid workpiece positioning through the use of various fixtures. It serves as specialized tooling equipment designed for the precision welding of sheet metal, steel structures, and construction machinery.
Overall Structural Composition
Upper Section: 3D Flexible Worktable Panel (Core Tooling Surface)
- Fully compatible with standard 3D welding table surfaces, supporting two mainstream standard systems: D16 (Φ16mm holes / 50×50mm grid) and D28 (Φ28mm holes / 100×100mm grid).
- Material:Q355 Steel / HT300 Cast Iron. The table surface undergoes a nitriding treatment (HV600+ hardness) to ensure wear resistance, prevent weld spatter adhesion, and provide rust protection. Surface flatness tolerance is ≤0.3mm (across the entire plate), and hole diameter tolerance is ±0.05mm.
- Specifications:Common table dimensions include 800×1200mm, 1000×1500mm, 1200×2000mm, and 1480×1500mm; plate thickness options are 12mm, 15mm, and 25mm.
- Hole System: Features a square matrix of through-holes, with corresponding holes located on the side edges as well. This design allows for integration with thousands of standard fixturing components-including positioning pins, right-angle blocks, clamps, and support blocks-enabling the precise fixturing of virtually any workpiece, including those with complex or irregular geometries.
Lower Section: Lifting Support Base (Lifting Core)
(1) Hydraulic Scissor Lift
- Drive System: Available in two types-electric-hydraulic (380V/220V motor) or manual foot-pedal hydraulic-with an optional remote control feature for lifting/lowering.
- Lifting Range: Standard range of 450–1150 mm (minimum ground clearance: 460 mm; maximum height: 1150 mm).
Offers full-range, stepless, and continuous height adjustment, featuring a hydraulic self-locking mechanism to prevent descent under load.
- Load Capacity: Classified into Light-duty (500 kg), Medium-duty (1.6 T), and Heavy-duty (3.5 T – 6 T) models for specific selection.
- Mobile Model Standard Configuration: Equipped with 4 swivel casters (including 2 with brakes), allowing the entire unit to be easily moved within a workshop for transporting workpieces.
(2) Mechanical Screw-Drive Lift
- Lifting Mechanism: Features a screw-drive system, powered by either a hand crank or an electric motor. Offers a lower cost point and utilizes segmented, indexed height positioning; typically used for light-duty workstations with smaller loads (≤ 1 ton).

Mobile Model-Full-Wheel Braking: Equipped with brakes on all four swivel casters (unlike lower-end products, which typically feature brakes on only two wheels); once locked, the entire unit remains firmly fixed and will not slide.
Tabletop Grounding Bolt: The Lifting Welding Table features a dedicated grounding port on the side, allowing for a direct connection between the welding machine's ground wire and the tabletop; this eliminates potential electric shock hazards and ensures compliance with welder safety regulations.

Everything You Need to Know
Can I mix D16 and D28 fixtures on one table?
Not suggested. One table matches only one hole standard, all clamps, locating pins and supports are produced according to corresponding hole size.
Is customized lifting stroke available?
Standard lifting range:460mm–1150mm. Extra long lifting height up to 1600mm can be customized for special workshop demands.
Do you supply matching clamps & fixtures?
Full set standard accessories in stock: locating pins, 90°angle brackets, quick clamps, support blocks, screw jacks etc., fully compatible with our table hole standard.
