Products Usage

Step 1: Initial Setup
Place the nitrided welding table on a level, solid concrete floor. If equipped with adjustable foot pads, level the table using a precision spirit level to ensure the surface is perfectly horizontal.

Step 2: Select Required Accessories
Based on your workpiece shape and welding requirements, gather the necessary D28 modular accessories – clamps, positioning stops, angle blocks, protractors, or V-blocks.

Step 3: Position the Workpiece on the Table
Place the workpiece roughly in position on the table surface. Use the grid holes as visual reference to align with your drawing dimensions.

Step 4: Insert Clamps and Lock into D28 Holes
Insert D28 clamping devices or positioning pins into the appropriate holes around the workpiece. Engage the locking mechanism to secure the workpiece firmly. The hardened nitrided surface allows clamps to grip without damaging the table.

Step 5: Verify Alignment
Using a square, tape measure, or protractor, verify that the workpiece is correctly positioned. Fine-tune the position by moving clamps to different holes or adjusting the locking pressure.

Step 6: Perform Welding
Weld the workpiece as required. The Q355 steel table effectively absorbs and dissipates heat, minimizing thermal distortion. The nitrided surface resists spatter adhesion.

Step 7: Remove the Finished Workpiece and Clean
After the weld has cooled, release all clamps and remove the workpiece. Clean the table surface with a brush or scraper to remove any remaining spatter or debris. The nitrided finish makes cleaning exceptionally easy.
